- Sacar los chiles poblanos de la bolsa y quitarles toda la piel. Abrirlos y sacarles las semillas y retirarles el tallo.
- Una vez limpios los chiles picarlos en tiras (rajas).
- Añadir las rajas de poblano y mezclar bien.
- Añadir después de unos 3 minutos el maíz.
- Sazonar con el consomé de pollo.
- La crema (sour cream) se puede agregar a todo antes de servir o bien dar la opción a que cada comensal la ponga en su propio plato.
- Servir mezclado con el pollo o bien el pollo aparte. Espolvorear el queso por encima.
