- 300 mililitros salsa de tomate para pizza aproximadamente (también la puedes hacer)
- 500 gramos queso mozzarella aproximadamente

- Mezclar la levadura con el azúcar y el agua. Dejar reposar por 10 minutos hasta que le salgan burbujas. Si no le salen, espera un poco más y si siguen sin salir puede ser que la levadura este mala o el agua muy caliente.
- Agregamos la sal a la harina por el borde. Esto es para que no entre en contacto directo con la levadura. Agregamos el aceite de oliva y mezclamos.
- Si vemos que la masa necesita más líquido lo vamos agregando muy de a poco, de a cucharadas o con las manos húmedas. Amasamos por lo menos 10 minutos. Esto ayudara a que la masa sea más lisa y elástica. Dejamos reposar 1 hora.
- Pasado ese tiempo sacamos el aire a la masa con el puño y formamos tantos bollos como pizzas vayamos a hacer.
- Para estirar la masa colocamos un poco de aceite en la pizzera y otro poco en los dedos y vamos presionando la masa formando un círculo. Si queremos una pizza finita, colocamos el tomate y el queso y la horneamos de una vez. Si queremos una pizza más gruesita, la dejamos crecer un poco ya estirada y luego colocamos el tomate y el queso y la horneamos. Y luego... mangia mangia che te fa benne!!!
