  4. Sal, orégano, ajo en polvo, pimienta a gusto

  7. 1 sazón accent (abajo foto)
  8. 3 cdas sofrito español (abajo foto)
  9. 1 cebolla
  10. 1 lata (7 oz) pimiento rojo
  11. 1 cubito pollo
  12. 1 taza agua
  13. 1 cdita pimientos rojos triturados (crushed red peppers) abajo foto
  14. 1 cdita cebollinos secos (cebolla de verdeo)
  15. 1 hoja laurel

  1. Freir el pollo (ya sazonado con ajo en polvo, pimienta, orégano y sal) hasta dorar en las dos cucharadas de aceite. Cuando estaba dorado lo saqué
  2. Corté las cebollas y el pimiento más o menos a lo juliana y lo añadí al aceite donde cociné el pollo. También añadí las 3 cdas de sofrito español. (Este sofrito lo que trae son pimientos, ajo y cebollas y especias) y la hoja de laurel
  3. Lo dejé un par de minutos y luego añadí los tomates perita picados, el cubito de pollo y la taza de agua y fue poniendo el pollo también y le puse una 1 cdita de pimientos rojos triturados
  4. Le agregué el sazón accent y un poco más de pimienta
  5. Lo dejé cocinar por más o menos 20 minutos en fuego mediano hasta que se cocinara bien el pollo
  6. Le añadí cebollinos secos (cebollas de verdeo) y probé que estuviese bien de sal, en este punto noté que necesitaba más pimienta😉
  7. Listo 🙅🏻‍♀️
