- 1 Cucharada Azúcar
- 1 Cucharada Salsa de Soya japonesa
- 1 cucharadita Ketchup
- 1 cucharadita Salsa de ostras
- 1 cucharadita Polvo de caldo chino de pollo
- 30 cc Vinagre negra o lo de arroz
- Vino de Shaoxing
