- Agregar los chiles cortados por la mitad y desvenados, dejar cocinar por unos minutos hasta que el arroz esté suave, sí es necesario agregar un poquito más de agua.
- Antes de que sé apague el fuego rellenar los chiles con queso oaxaca. Opcional agregué pedazos de queso.
