  3. Agregar los chiles cortados por la mitad y desvenados, dejar cocinar por unos minutos hasta que el arroz esté suave, sí es necesario agregar un poquito más de agua.
  4. Antes de que sé apague el fuego rellenar los chiles con queso oaxaca. Opcional agregué pedazos de queso.
