- Pon en la licuadora, la mitad de la harina dorada, agrega caldo del pollo, muele. Cuela donde están los chiles molidos. Continúa con la otra mitad de la harina.
- Pon la olla del mole al fuego. Menea. Si está muy espeso sigue agregando caldo de pollo. Prueba la sazón, si le falta sal, agrega consomé Knorr Suiza. Debe hervir y quedar semiespeso.
