  5. al gusto Cebolla para dar sabor (puede ser de la deshidratada)

  1. Se desgrana los elotes, yo lo compro en una frutería y ahí me lo desgranan
  2. Se coloca una cacerola al fuego y se pone margarina al gusto
  3. Sin que se llegue a quemar la margarina, pon cebolla natural al gusto y mueve un poco luego incorpora los granos de elote y revuelve hasta que veas que se pongan como transparentes
  4. Vierte el consomé de pollo o si no tienes agua y revuelve y deja hervir
  5. Cuando hierva, si le pusiste agua en lugar de caldo puedes echarle el knorr suiza y un poco de sal, recuerda que el knorr suiza es saladito, también echa el epazote al gusto y un poquitito de polvo de cebolla si es que no usaste cebolla natural (paso 3)
  6. Ya una vez que se coció se sirve en plato hondo agrégale crema, queso (al gusto, yo le hecho queso fresco y mi marido del queso parmesano) y con salsa macha sabe delicioso o con algún otro chile al gusto, de verdad sabe muy distinto de los también ricos esquites 😜
